At H.O.P.E., our belief is that the answers are within you and can arise through an effectively guided musical excavation.
At H.O.P.E.: Helping Others Purposely Evolve Guided Imagery and Music Therapy Studio, we focus on improving quality of life using a client centered, spiritual approach. We offer individual Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music Sessions and Wellness Empowerment group experiences of all kinds to enrich and awaken!
What you believe is your truth
At the HOPE Studio we believe healing comes through being of service to others and finding personal purpose in doing so. Uncovering the “meaning” in life can be blocked by a variety of challenges, past and present. Using music (and sometimes other creative modalities) we’ll help you investigate what could change, and how to begin the journey towards living life out loud; Living well!
Recovery is in your response
Therapy of all kinds exists to support transition and promote healthy conversion. What has happened to you is not who you are. Your history is certainly not who you have to continue to be, but it has shaped a part of you and understanding this distinction can make the difference in your approach to living with renewed intent. Uncover and unburden yourself, it is more than possible. Come re-write your story at HOPE Music Therapy Studio.
Show don’t tell. Research shows that people change when the pain of staying the same outweighs the fear of possible results of changing. In a group setting we get the benefit of perspective. We are allowed to realize what’s not working by sharing the experiences of others and allowing feedback from peers. You’ll change when you believe at a deep level that it’s truly in your best interest and this often takes more than the suggestion of a professional. Groups are also fun and social! Support is key. Get some. Belong to a group. Let’s recover together.
